RaysDenn
Hello everyone, I have a small problem with my prestashop Mediaserver setup. I have setup an subdomain for the shop - www.paddingtontea.com - static1.paddingtontea.com with route to paddingtontea.com/static1. Thing is, prestashop keeps loading content from the original folders. I have checked tables for ps_mediaserver and it is there, CCC is turned on, and mediaserver is set, cache cleared... I also tried deleting all files from static1 subdomain - prestashop would then appear broken but everything looks normal so it keeps loading files from the original folder. Other shops that I worked on never had problem with this, it was pretty easy and quick setup but I can't get it working here. Any suggestions? gaborh
Hi, Joining with the same issue. Everything set as needed, but no CDN used, everything served from our server. Any news from developers?

gaborh
Ok, we found out what was the problem. Installed Prestashop directly from Plesk 12, using its application installer. And the thing is Plesk using some kind of modified installer .zip of Prestashop, full with bugs. Why is it true? Because after that installed Prestashop from original .zip from prestashop.com, uploaded via FTP, and after that everything worked well, without any errors and bugs. CDN is worked fine, too.
