Alex Nitu
I've used multiple combination for the img URL when importing it through the CSV file, like this: 1. ftp.domain-name.ccc/img/p/test.jpg 2. /img/p/test.jpg 3. made a different folder "img_import" and used ftp.domain-name.ccc/img_import/test.jpg 4. used a random picture from the web with the complete html target I made sure all targets are correct. When I uploaded the csv I specified to which product ID it should apply to. I made sure that .htaccess file was configured with "php_value allow_url_fopen On". Still no results. Any ideas about what am I doing wrong?
Alex Nitu
Ok, so I managed to solve it through a weird way (at least I don't understand how it works): Changing the "ftp:" path to "http:". I don't know why exactly, but it seems to be working, and I hope it will help others. It can be marked as solved. NemoPS
It works because it needs to resolve the normal http version, ftp would require sending authentication headers
Alex Nitu
I see now . It's a useful trick for migrating thousands of product images at once, if you setup the table links corectly, so I recommend it, especially to noobs like me . Alex Nitu
What type of errors are you getting? Can you be more specific? Is it only about IMG URL, or something else?
domizzo
HI, I am trying to import images by csv and I believe I have the wrong path to my images. I am on Prestashop Cloud and can't determine what the absolute path is to my images. Can you tell me what I may be doing wrong?
