Live Edit "technical error" (Cloud version)

Hi,
I have Cloud version, and when I try to use Live Edit shows me an error message: "technical error".
The Live Edit mode is activated but when I try to save it shows the same message again.

Hi there!

 

I had the same problem today, and I found out that you can solve it by making sure you are connected to the back office and front office on the same domain.

an example:

 

I access my back office using: http://myshop.ps-webshop.com/backoffice

I access my front office using: http://myshop.com

 

 

In the above example, the error will occur.

 

Try accessing your back office using the same domain as your shops front office.

Like this:

 

Access the back office using: http://myshop.com/backoffice

Access the front office using: http://myshop.com

 

I hope this makes sense. It worked for me.

Hi Simon, you are right!

I accessed my backoffice using https://shopname.pswebshop.com/backoffice and to my office using: http://shopname.pswebshop.com/
and it it worked.

I have sent a ticket to presta support, but they couldn't help me either.
