hookActionCartSave - get triggered action name and updated products with quantity

Hi All, I am creating a custom module and registered ActionCartSave hook, and i want to get what action triggered this hook, i mean when added to cart, i want the action and added product with quantity, like  when deleted from cart, i want action name and deleted product with quantity. I tried values inside $params array, but i could not find solution for this.
