Extra Payments showing up on order

So, I've implemented a coupon for free shipping, but something weird is happening. When the customer pays with his CC, the CC gets charged the correct amount (shipping is free), but prestashop adds the cost of the Fedex shipping option (the 2nd best shipping option) to the order, and allocates that extra cost to PayPal.

 

So it looks to the customer like this:

CC charged $112

Paypal charged $10.97

Total order cost $122.97

 

The customer has PS 1.5.6.2, where do I look to see where this extra charging is coming in? I'm assuming that at some point the order is recalculated, the free shipping is forgotten, and the total charge is calculated. I can keep looking at the problem (and I will) but can someone point me in the right direction?
