Modules LIst

Hi Guys,

 

I have just installed both a local and a server based development copy of Prestashop. We are migrating our store from Magento.

 

I noticed on the local dev copy that in the modules->modules screen I have access to some 153 modules. However in the dev copy on my server I have only access to 82.

 

Both are logged into my store account.

 

I wondered if there were specific ports or anything i may need to open on my server to allow access to the full list of modules? or if theres something I havent activated thats stopping the full list being pulled in?

 

Any pointers would be great, Im trying to grab the Database Cleaner to purge all the demo data out.

Hi bunoire14,

 

may be problem is in permissions on directory /cache/xml. PS create here xml files like untrusted_modules_list.xml etc.

 

I had same problem and at error log file was error

PHP Warning:  file_put_contents(.../web/config/xml/untrusted_modules_list.xml): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /var/...
