Separate TAX or VAT in AdminOrders

Have configured shop to display prices ex tax (VAT) in the front office and order sections - but cannot seem to do thsi in the Admin orders tabe of the back office.

What I want to do is have the total in the orders list show as is, but when clicking on the order detais for the order total to show prices ex tax, with a line for shipping cost, then a separate line for the tax/VAT. (See attached image for layout). This is how most stores in the UK work, and makes it much simpler for those processing the orders.

Anyone know how to do this?
