[Solved]Setting up a new cloud store

Hello, i have two problems:

 

1) On registration i use password like: ElGBIDrJYwNGFOfNnkgD, after registration I tried to change some account information and for save i must confirm my password, but there was a message that the password is not correct....

 

2) Second problem that during registration i use email in domain @mail.ru and after i use password recovery, i dont recive email.

For enter to cloud settings need use login & password that we use to login on prestashop.com, on this forum like expample. For change cloud shop password need login to shop back-office and change password in user settings, or on login page click on link "Lost password".

 

All mail from prestashop.com for some reason was in spam box in @mail.ru
