Problème affichage des Images

Bonjour,

 

J’ai voulu mettre de nouvelles images pour illustrer mon produit.

 

J’ai donc été sur la fiche de mon produit , dans l’onglet image et ensuite j’ai ajouté une image (en respectant la taille et le format ).

Je vois bien l’image apparaitre du coté du back office.

 

Sur le site web je vois bien qu’un nouvel emplacement est apparu mais je ne vois jamais l’image que j’ai précédemment charger !

J'ai régénéré les miniatures, cela n’a rien changer !

 

Ou peut-on trouver les différentes images miniatures de mes différents produits ?

Lorsque j'affiche mon image dans mon navigateur l'adresse sur mon navigateur ne correspond pas a l'adresse sur mon FTP.

Pour infos, je suis sous prestashop 1.5.6.0 .

 

Si jamais quelqu'un a déja rencontré ce problème ! Merci pour son aide !

Module/prestashop/img inside there are many folders with all the images.

To view the images you need to load only one on your product pleas the size 800X800 px and after you need to regenerate the minatures.

This procedure will create all the photos, after you can see the photo resized in the right folder

on my FTP, your path does not exist.

I found pictures in www / shop / img /

 

here is a further explanation of my problem.

 

Ex: I have an image that was renomé 175.jpg,

in my naviguator the address is: http://www.camboxisis.fr/shop/175-zoom/cambox-isis-noire.jpg

I find thumbnails in a folder in www / shop / img / p / 1/7/5 with all thumbnails in this folder.

This image appears well on my site.

 

For the same product, I added a new image, she was renowned 10-460.jpg

in my naviguator the address is: http://www.camboxisis.fr/shop/10-460-zoom/cambox-isis-noire.jpg

I find thumbnails in www / shop / img / p / but it does not appear on my website.

 

I do not understand why it has changed!

 

Does anyone has an explanation? how to update my products in another way?

Dear Fred,

excuse for the mistake of the path, is because  I was thinking that you are working in localhost website.

 

For the image that not appear can be a problem reguarding the cache.

Sometime the pictures are stored in cache and not appear clear. Try to:

1) Remove the picture

1) Close the back office and restart it.

 

The cache path is in /tools/smarty/cache
