prestawhaaaaat
Hello, I have a trouble with the live configurator, and I don't know how to resolve it. I created 3 differents shop with the multistore mode. If I click on the link "my shop" or "display the live configurator", I can see the configurator button and the panel at the left of my website when I select the first one (id_shop=1) But, if I select another shop (which has another url) the button and the panel of the live configurator never shown :/ Please, do you have an idea of what is missing ? I'm connecting with all privilegies and I don't understand why this happen. I also reset the theme configurator, but nothing change. I try to do some search on this forum, but don't found something to help me. Thanks !
skinnybloke
I also have this problem using the out-of-the-box theme. It also works if I select 'All shops'. Have you found a solution?
skinnybloke
I've raised a bug report for this http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCSX-4598
prestawhaaaaat
I found the solution the same day I post this but I forgot to share it. Sorry about that. Bytheway, I'm surprise nobody give an answer. Is there still something in this forum to help other guy ? So, I think this is a problem of cookie and domain, or something like that. I will use an example to explains it : You have 3 shops : a.com which is the main shop, b.com, and c.com. If you connect to a.com/adminXXXX/ you can see the live configurator from your main shop (a.com), BUT, it will not works with b.com and c.com. The solution is to connect to the admin shop from the good domain. For example, to see the live configurator of the B shop, you need to connect to b.com/adminXXXX/. Now if you open the "my shop" link, you will see the live configurator. Do it for all of your shop. Now, I will be able to connect from the main admin a.com/adminXXXX et it's still works. That's why I thing this is a cookie which is assign to the domain, or something like that Hope that help.
skinnybloke
Hi prestawhaaaaat Thanks for that - I can confirm that your workaround works for me. I will leave the bug report open though as it is something that Prestashop needs to fix. Thanks again

wjv999
I have the same problem, but the bug fix does not work for me. The live configurator is only shown with the 1st (main) shop. Even if I login to the admin using the 2nd shop and then start with theme configuration. Any other idea?
skinnybloke
Afraid not. I can only suggest that you double check that you've applied the patches to the correct files. It might be worth clearing the cache on the Performance tab after uploading them
wjv999
I've done that, but no improvement. Maybe it is a setting in my admin environment. The results of the live configuration are stored in the table themeconfigurator, correct? I've noticed that in my case, it only contains records for the 1st shop. Is there something I should do to created them for my other shop(s)? Thanks!
skinnybloke
The table the records are added to is `ps_configuration` The first shop in my case are these records: The records for the 2nd shop are added at the bottom of the table The 'tos1' and 'tos2' are my own themes. If you are using the Prestashop themes you will see 'theme1' etc. This explains a how the records are made up http://nemops.com/new-color-schemes-prestashop-16-theme/#.VOdSnPmsV8E
