It says: In order to use Geolocation, please download this file and extract it (using Winrar or Gzip) into the /tools/geoip/ directory. I tried that and it still doesn't work. I am trying to get my store to offer discounts on my items to countries in the Euro zone. I am not sure if it is working and the only way I can test it is using a VPN.
