Skanesh Posted January 7, 2015 Share Posted January 7, 2015 Hi all I created a fresh Prestashop 1.6.0.9 installation and and using thee out of the box theme. So I decided to backup the database via Advanced Parameters > DB Backup. When I access this page I get an error saying "Backup" directory does not exist. Under Configuration Information I see the following. Missing files (10)admin0000/backup.php admin0000/backups/index.php admin0000/themes/default/template/controllers/backup/index.php admin0000/themes/default/template/controllers/backup/download/index.php admin0000/themes/default/template/controllers/backup/download/view.tpl admin0000/themes/default/template/controllers/backup/helpers/index.php admin0000/themes/default/template/controllers/backup/helpers/list/index.php admin0000/themes/default/template/controllers/backup/helpers/list/list_header.tpl admin0000/themes/default/template/controllers/backup/helpers/view/index.php admin0000/themes/default/template/controllers/backup/helpers/view/view.tpl These files are indeed missing. I don't understand why they are missing or how to get them and do a DB Backup. Is someone able to point me in the right direction please? PrestaHeroes USA Posted January 19, 2015 Share Posted January 19, 2015 I would download and unpack a fresh installation of your version of Prestashop. then locate/upload those files as you noted in your original post.
