Nothing seems unusual about it, it's paid, the item was in stock... but it fails to add the tracking number and the status fails to update to 'shipped' too. When I view from the orders screen, the 'problem' order shows shipped. However, when I go into it (I've tried a force refresh) it still shows as 'preparation in progress' and the tracking number is empty. Other orders are ok...
