Template déclaré manquant pour 2 pages du site

Bonjour,

 

J'utilise Prestashop 1.6.0.8 et constate deux crashs du site :

- lorsque je tente de consulter le plan du site depuis un navigateur IE, Firefox ou Chrome

- dès la page d'accueil si je tente d'aller sur le site avec une tablette

 

Dans les deux cas, j'ai l'erreur suivante : le cache Smarty me dit qu'un template n'est pas défini ... alors que tout est là selon moi.
