[solved] Shipping price for default country isn't showing

Hi there

I am very, very new at Prestashop (wich I am loving by the way)

My problem is with shipping fees. I created an independent Carrier for my country (Portugal), with several weight ranges, however only the handling charges are showing in the front office...

I have checked the option: "Include the shipping & handling costs in carrier price"

Also I have "Free shipping starts at: 20000€"

and "billing according to total weight"

Despite this, all that is showing in the cart is 1€ from the handling charges...

What am I missing?
