ecommdev Posted December 23, 2014 Share Posted December 23, 2014 Prestashop 1.6.0.9 with Multistore enabled. Have multiple stores running in a multi-store environment in Prestashop. Have everything configured, mail alerts, contact, email, etc. Both stores receive the order confirmations without issue. However, one store the customer is NOT receiving the order confirmations after placing the order. Now, if the customer registers they receive thank you for registering email but still don't receive the order confirmation email. Any ideas, Help..... ecommdev Posted December 27, 2014 Author Share Posted December 27, 2014 yes, did that already and confirmation emails appear to be working now, however, now I noticed the customer service & webmaster emails are NOT being sent after a user does a contact us on the website.
