divide categories to salesman with no visiblity to other salesman

i want to divide my categories to different salesman , but i want one category of product visible to one salesman only in back office. Only one salesman can edit delete of add product to that category.

The only way I know to manage this is with a extra module managing affiliates for ex. or managing users like ebay. by default it is not possible, nor by customer groups...

And no, there is nothing for free, as the core of Prestashop must be hacked into several smaller pieces of units.
