Then I uninstalled and installed fresh one ( same version from 1.2.5 to 1.2.5 i just did it cuz i needed fresh prestashop) then I installed my DB backup in MySQL but suddenly my admin panel password doesn't work...! I getting error that password is incorrect I tried everything I knew but same shit... Oh by the way I used same password, same e-mail and all information was same like in old DB but still I can't access.... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

MrZigler Posted December 25, 2009 Share Posted December 25, 2009 It would seem to me that when you deleted the old files, then reinstalled a whole new prestashop then it should prompt you for a new admin name and password just like when you first installed it as opposed to an upgrade to another version where you should use the same password name etc.Did you go through the same install process?You may have to reconfigure your modules and re upload your logos and picsHowever your database should be intact.
