I have a 1.6.0.9 installation of Prestashop with a little problem during checkout: whenever a customer places an order, everything runs fine, the order is confirmed via mail and in back-office, but the confirmation page loads very very slowly (and sometimes doesn't load at all), so the customer often receives a 500 error or gets back to the order confirmation page (and orders again). PrestaHeroes USA Posted December 12, 2014 Share Posted December 12, 2014 if you can recreate this issue then turn on prestashop debug mode to get underlying error (500 generic) http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information/ also please check php error log which you can access from hosting control panel.
