user group show price but not cart

hello ,

I want three user groups

1 visitor = no price and option to order
2 guest = no option to order
3 = costumer can order and see the price

if I turn off price i can not order anymore but I did so for group 2 price but do not need to order

I have been weeks doing a few small things
