Error not working paypal module 3.8.1 prestashop 1.6.0.8

As we are using prestashop paypal module 3.8.1 please go through below points,

1) Got error for prestashop paypal module 3.8.1 after login in paypal it is giving error like  " An appropriate representation of the requested resource /ggdev/modules/paypal/paypal_login/paypal_login_token.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.  "

2) Applied this solution :  http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/380185-paypal-modification-ssl-v3-to-tls/   to prestashop paypal module 3.8.1

please help us to fix this error for paypal module.

we have this issue on a customer shop, when we moved their shop onto our server this issue disappeared.

 

We suspect that PayPal is being blocked by hosting company as this issue just 'appeared' out of no where for shop manager.

 

There is only one other solution on forum for 404 via PayPal, and that was permissions, typically good permissions on 'most' hosting is folder 744 and files 644.

updated to paypal 3.8.1 on prestashop 1.6.0.6 doesn't work...

neither of the suggestions I presented had to do with updating module.
