Erreur 'Name cannot be blank' avec Formulaire de Contact

Bonjour,

 

J'ai un gros souci avec le formulaire de contact de ma boutique. Il s'agit du formulaire du thème par défaut de ma boutique Prestashop 1.5.4.1, qui me met un message d'erreur "Name cannot be blank" alors que tous les champs sont remplis. J'ai joint une photo pour que vous puissiez visualiser mon problème. Je n'ai pas trouvé de personnes ayant rencontré ce même souci alors si quelqu'un a une idée du pourquoi-du-comment, j'en serais vraiment reconnaissante!

Récupérer le fichier contact-form.tpl et remplacer celui du site par celui-ci

Merci pour votre réponse, mais c'est justement en utilisant ce même fichier contact-form.tpl que j'ai le message d'erreur décrit ci-dessus. Auriez-vous une autre piste à explorer?

Après quelques heures de tentatives infructueuses, le problème venait en fait du ContactControllers.php, si jamais cela peut aider quelqu'un qui rencontrera ce même problème!
