Need a repair tracking for Presta 1.6

anyone with a repair tracking module for 1.6?

 

I need to inform and register the repairs from my clients, this should be also used to inform about the status of the reparation and the customer can accept or deny a reparation.

 

Please help on this.

 

Send me the price for it and what´s is possible to do with the module.
