Daniel D Posted December 1, 2014 Share Posted December 1, 2014 I am trying to disable HTML Purifier in Preferences/General, but when I save it, the setting goes back to Enable again. I tried many different ways and it always goes back to Enable. I want to disable it as it prevents me from opening a link in a new window. What is weird is that some links on some pages work and others pages don't. PrestaHeroes USA Posted December 1, 2014 Share Posted December 1, 2014 the following requires phpmyadmin open your mysql database open yourprefix_configuration table PS_CONFIGURATION now what you are looking for in this table is two(2) fields called PS_USE_HTMLPURIFIER delete either one of them. sometimes for various reasons, two config fields get in this table...and well...results in your issue. happy prestashopping el Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
