doja Posted December 1, 2014 Share Posted December 1, 2014 Hi all, I have just recently got my first prestashop online and did some test orders everything seemed to work great. However today I had an email from a customer with a query about an order and it turns out prestashop has not been emailing me order confirmations!!In the dashboard under orders the two orders show up dated 29th nov and 1st Dec. But I have not recieved emails for either. Can anyone suggest what is wrong? I did not get an email to say they had created an account either (not sure if I should have or not) but if I go to advanced parameters/emails and send a test I do recieve one. Thanks in Advance.
