Hello ,

 

We have an urgent PROBLEM.

 

We are a Luxembourg based e-commerce an we are using the Saferpay Modul from PrestaShop.

 

We now have that problem that payments made by french card holder (perhaps other countries) will make an PAYMENT  ERROR in the PS Backoffice and send an email to our customers.

 

The same moment, SAFERPAY sends a mail to us and the customer which indicates that the payment is OK.

 

This does not happen by cards issued in Luxembourg.

 

Could you contact us urgently to solve the problem !!
