When I go to Preferences-Global and click on the 'Use https protocol before enable SSL' link, the site changes to https, but I do not have the enable SSL button, so I can not enable it. The certification should be good, and well installed, I checked it on SSL checker as well. I do not have any error, just do not have the button to enable.
