custom category position

Hello.

 

I use ps 1.5.6.0 (with custom theme) and I can`t arrange category.

So, first image is front office menu (home page)

 

 

Second picture is from BO. As you can see, the position from BO are not the same as home page!

 

 

And last pictures is the way I want to sort my categories, but with no effect! 

 

 

Well, the category menu from home page is the same as picture one! My modification have no success so please help.
