blank screen error

hi, was able to go to my website last fri, 2 days after, tried to go to both website and backoffice but i am getting a white screen. last module installed is paypal. tried to turning on debug errors from (http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information/), below is the error i got.

 

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING, expecting ')' in /xxxxxx.com/classes/controller/Controller.php on line 421

 

upon going to Controller.php on line 421, this is what i see. what can i do to rectify this? thanks.
