Add VAT to companies with VAT number

Hi,

 

I have some issues with my Presta 1.6.0.9 that it doesn't include taxes if user is compnay with VAT number. However I need to have the same prices for companies and regular users.

 

Maybe somebody knows what I need to modify to have taxes included for companies also.

is cust with vat in differrent group than customer (bo-->customers-->groups-->?)

 

if so then check that vat group has 'tax included'...

 

personally I'd have all 'tax excluded', then at checkout if taxes for their country then apply them...then
