Add products or edit orders

Hi,

Is possible to add products to an made order? Ex.: I have one customer that after pay one order, want to add more products to send all products in some package, well, everything was done by email. Now, i want to add more products and edit the shipping carrier and price of shipping, how can i do that?

Is possible to add a order manually?

Easiest thing will be for the customer to make a new order. and you send them together.

Or you could go into your mysql database. look for ps_orders table and make changes to the order, but im not sure if it will work out fine.

Thanks for your answer. You're right, is that a solution, but is wrong. But it fail because is you offer the shipping over 200$ or more and the customer make 2 orders than he/she dont get the free shipping.

And it is just one point. Other question is you cant use only presta as shopping cart and store management software you always will need other management software to your store, if one customer make one order by phone, or by mail or in your store...
