Untobiz9 - let's continue topic about rip-off theme(s)

Addons Service. You have treated the problem very dismissive.

 

1. He still offer this theme: http://addons.prestashop.com/pl/dzieci-niemowleta/16763-untobiz4.html

 

with my module: ph_simpleblog

 

I am the author in code, $this->author in module is www.PrestaHome.com - which is my brand.

 

And you really cannot prove that this is my module yes? The only reason why you don't do it it's because I am not selling this module on your marketplace!

 

2. He still doesn't accept refund for one of your customers and he still thinks that everything was legal:

3. He still sell theme rip-off from one of your partners (Template Monster):

4. In general, why he is still able to sell? This is the second time when he stole someone template:

And what you do?

 

Nothing. His copy of my theme is removed by him because of my message and you did nothing. He is still on marketplace, he still selling theme with my module, he still selling rip-off theme from Template Monster and he still cheating on his customers.

 

At the end you need to know that as a direct buyer you are responsible for things offered in your marketplace and ToS are change nothing in this case.

 

Change your approach to these topics - treat it seriously and show more commitment. I feel totally ignored - the only thing you gave me is a financial loss.

The selling of this theme on Addons is not right, we do agree with you and I sincerely apologize that this theme wasn't taken into consideration when we removed the other ones. It wasn't on purpose that we left it online.

It's not only about my theme and modules - it's about all this case - why you want to keep Untobiz on marketplace if he stole work from other authors second time? You have a lot of great authors here, why are you want to keep someone, who only destroys reputation of the marketplace.

 

Stolen theme from your partner - Template Monster still is available, maybe I should send them message directly? And I should tell them that you are already informed and do nothing about it?

Hi guys,

 

I see other theme from Untobiz: http://addons.prestashop.com/en/high-tech/18075-untobiz11.html

 

He use csmegamenu module, csquickview module - he is not author of these modules and he only change "cs" prefix to "untobiz". These modules are used by other author on other marketplace, and what's interesting? original author of these modules already report Untobiz user in the past!

 

So. this is not first time, it's not even second time, this user has been reported time and time again and he still is able to sell on maketplace?!

We removed the themes using your modules. However, if other developers are accusing him of  any infringement, they will have to contact us directly. We need more details and more proofs.

 

This user has been warned and will be banned if we note that he is still using module's code that doesn't belong to him, so we are very careful about that.

And I already informed privacy@templatemonster and tvgiao from Theme Forest about Untobiz1 & Untobiz11.

Almost the one month of talking and Untobiz3 with my blog module is still available on marketplace.

 

Great guys, really, you treats authors very well... I also end talking with you, what are you guys doing it's ridiculous and totally unprofessional .
