techdiva Posted October 28, 2014 Share Posted October 28, 2014 Has anyone had success making a complete test transaction with the Prestashop AvaTax 3.5.2 module installed in PS 1.6.0.9? I submit my AvaTax credentials, set up the options, and origin address, etc., and I get "Connection test performed successfully". But when the checkout button is clicked, the next page hangs or goes to a blank page with "index.php?controller=order-opc" in the url. I've had Avalara go live support team helping. Everything is fine on their end but they get the same thing when they attempt to do a transaction. Solutions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
