SirBob Posted October 27, 2014 Share Posted October 27, 2014 Hi I have PS 1.6.0.9 installed using default Bootstrap theme. I have created and enabled States for my Country (South Africa) and when a new customer registers or checks out as a guest they are required to select both their state and country (which is the correct and anticipated behaviour) However if that person logs into their account and either: a) Wants to modify their existing delivery address; or Wants to add another (second) address there is no drop-down from which they can select their State or Country. When they try and submit the address they receive this error: There is 1 error id_country is required. No doubt if they could select the country a similar problem would occur requiring them to select their state. Any idea why these fields are not showing and what I can do to fix this? I have tried: 1) Disabling and re-enabling the country 2) Clearing the Cache 3) Recompiling the Template files 4) Enabling and re-enabling the Zone All to no avail. I found this line at authentication.tpl: <!-- if customer hasn't update his layout address, country has to be verified but it's deprecated --> Can this have any relation with that?
