Link phpBB to PS Database

I'm looking for someone who can help modify my PrestaShop / phpBB forum site.

 

1) I want my user base for the phpBB forum to login through my storefront and be registered as a "Customer"

 

2) I would also need automatic changing of customer "groups"

     a) Newly registered person who has not bought anything listed as "visitor"

     After completion of at least one order, change to "Customer" group

        (Person must be in "Customer" group to have access to forum - Too much "spam")

 

3) I would also like modifications so that when a customer changes their address for on unshipped order, it will automatically update for their current order.  Prestashop requires admin to go in and "change" to the newly updated address for each order.  I would like this to be automated.

 

Reply back with a estimated cost and timeframe.  It should be fairly quick and mostly SQL query modifications.
