We've been adding tags to help the search engine (we'll probably add meta data too...I'm not exactly sure how the search engine works frankly) because the names of the products weren't getting results. In other words, if the name of the product was "10b silver" then a search for 10b silver or even 10b returned no results. Adding tags to the product (10b, silver, etc) solved this. However, when the tags are only 2 characters, it still finds nothing. I expect this has something to do with the database settings. Can anyone advise me on how to alter the search engine so it will find two character searches? Also a broader explanation of how the search engine works, what it's looking for, etc... Thanks.
