tax and voucher together not calculate correctly

Hi,

I am having trouble with Tax and voucher together.

right now it seems the tax is calculate after the discount applied. my tax rate is $8.25
on check out page step1

total product price: $100
total discount -$50 (tax excluded in cart rule setting) or  -$46.17(tax included)
total tax is $4.13
final Total is $54.13


Can I change it so the total tax is $8.25?
then the final price should be $58.25


I look at shopping-cart.tpl it is just display the variable,
can someone show me which php file and function I can edit the variable calculation?
I am using PS v1.5.5

If correct calculation at least in invoice is enough, look at the M4 PDF Extensions module.
