Query for designing website using prestashop

Hi

Could you please help me with taking decision whether this things are possible using prestashop ?

Please find attach screenshot to know my requirement .

Basically ,i need to show list of profiles with pagination and photo on left side and on right side basic information with view full profile button.

this is not e-commerce site but a indian matrimony site.

Please let me know can i customize prestashop to create such site ?
