emarsax Posted September 29, 2014 Share Posted September 29, 2014 Good afternoon. The 19-09 day we purchase the Export module catalog in CSV format with order number 239012. After installing the module and check that it does not function correctly (there are certain important fields not exported) decided to contact the developer (Saṃdhā) so that we could provide a solution to the problem. Unfortunately not respond to any of our emails sent from the contact page with the same module, even from the contact form on their official website. We have sent over 10 emails requesting help from the 19-09 day and 29-09 of today we have no answer. So here we publish this complaint, to see if you can solve this problem because the module still interested in it, or the refund of the purchase because the module does not fulfill its functions properly.Thank you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
