I noticed that in the Prestashop 1.6.0.9 there is a folder in /themes/default-bootstrap/modules/mailalerts/views/templates Should the email alerts not be installed as an module in 1.6.0.9? Fab Styles 5 Posted January 3, 2015 Share Posted January 3, 2015 Hello, My Email alerts are not working at all, i do have mail alerts module installed in the modules section, but that is for reminding when the stocks aren't sufficient or avaiable to sale. But my problem, is my shop is not sending emails for anything. When customers signs up it sends email confirmation or thank you mail confirming the new regsitration. That doesn't sents either. Nor does it sends and email, when a product is purchased. Neither does it sends when i do the test email from the preferences section for emails. Please advise, what should be done.
