Maxima Posted September 18, 2014 Share Posted September 18, 2014 i have provided shipping services to Hongkong, China, i have 3 Carriers to provide the shipping services. Now the problem is, at checkout whenever i am testing to ship to China it is not giving any Carrier but ERROR: No carrier has been made available for this selection. There are two countries in this Zone, China and Hongkong HongKong is working perfectly all right. Displaying all three Carriers i have double checked all the details, Zone -> Country -> States Carriers->Rates everything.... Everything is enabled and set... I am unable to understand why it is not working for CHina when it is not creating any problem for Hongkong in same Zone. Any suggestions.......... Maybe there would be some problem in configuration settings of China in Localization->Countries If there is anyone providing services in China and would like to share the settings for China, I'll be really thankful.
