HTTP 500 Internal Server Error

Salutare!

 

mi-a aparut aceasta eroare pe www.dispozitive.ro in momentul in care un client doreste sa schimbe moneda de plata in USD. In LEI si EURO functioneaza correct.

 

am sters USD, l-am pus din nou, actualizare curs si nu merge

 

am observat ca eroarea apare si in BO la incercarea de accesare States si Countries. 

 

ma poate ajuta cineva cu un sfat?

 

versiunea este 1.5.6.1

este posibil sa fie de la vreun atac? imi vin la rubric testimonials mesaje de tipul adbjasgdyasbydfsugrfyet'woe4pi si cu link in ele. binenteles ca le sterg si nu apar in FO, dar cine stie...

Nu e de la un atac.

 

Problema vine de la eroarea asta:

- Verifica daca ai spatiu suficient;

- Verifica permisiunile pe server - daca se poate scrie in acel folder

spatiul era oarecum la limita, l-am majorat si am refacut si setarile de permisiuni.

in BO merg toate meniurile, doar in FO daca selectezi alta moneda inafara de lei sau euro da eroare.

da, eroarea persista.

 

azi am deschis tichet la hosting, intre timp am descoperit ca alte 2 situri au probleme similare, unul nu se mai deschide deloc si altul da HTTP 500 la vizualizarea unui produs.

 

se pare ca e ceva de la permisiuni, astept raspuns de la suport
