nocturnal Posted September 11, 2014 Share Posted September 11, 2014 I have tried updating from 1.6.0.8 through Installatron. And I have tried updating from 1.6.0.8 through the 1-click upgrade module. I don't know how else to perform an upgrade. The Installatron effort merely failed. The 1-click upgrade effort produced a home page whose layout was altered fairly radically. I have spent hours on this. I am now prepared to pay any expert who can fix this. But I do not know where to turn. Yes, I did everything the right way according to the instructions in 1-Click upgrade (it won't let you upgrade until the whole checklist is completed). I'm trying to upgrade from 1.6.0.8 to the latest version. 1-click upgrade showed no error messages after it upgraded, and told me the upgrade was successful. But my custome layout was altered so I restored the previous backup and now I'm back to 1.6.0.8. Hello, Show an error on the screen? From which version you try to update?
