Different languages in the products description

im creating a wine shop, its getting big and now im adding some products and i just remembered that it would be great that when a person chose their main language, the product description would change to the proper language.
so i thought it would be possible using stuff like tags or something so im asking really that.
if it is possible for the product to be like:


bla bla bla




bla bla bla 2


and the client would only see his language
