Adding Contact Block To Contact Form Page

Hello,

 

I am wondering how to add my clients contact information such as email and phone numbers above the contact-form. currently I have the contact us link in my top horizontal module. I want the user to be able to see the clients contact info as well as be able to send them an email using the contact form if need be. It seems that I can only get the contact blocks to appear in the footer or custom CMS blocks on the front page.
