lionna Posted September 8, 2014 Share Posted September 8, 2014 (edited) Hello there, after multiple searches I am still wondering, does anyone know an easy way to send an email confirmation from back office? Suppose, I have changed an order in the BackOffice after it was placed, e.g. changes a product or a quantity, so that the total order amount has changes. And I would like to send out an email confirmation to a customer. Is there a way to do it? AFAIK, the email with order Information is sent right after the order is placed, and there is no way to send a new confirmation, if something in the order was changed.
