Problem with product combinations in PS 1.2.1

Hi mates

Does anyone know if there's a bug in PS 1.2.1 concerning the product combinations? I have two stores. The PS store with 1.1 version I never had any problem and i use a lot the price increment with the combination option. But in the store with 1.2.1 I do the price increment with a combination group exactly the same way I do in the 1.1 version and in the front office when I choose the combination in the drop down menu the price stays the same! Can anyone help me please.
