How to define which text strings are 'end-customer' facing and which are 'system fields'.

Question with regards to handling content and prepare it for translation.

 

Dear all, I have following question: we are setting up a Prestashop website in 7 languages (French, English, German, Dutch, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese) Is there any possible way to easily separate/define/filter the 'end customer', thus commercial, text strings from the backoffice text strings for translation purposes? E.g. very obvious are the 'MAIL' text strings. These are all build-in HTML templates for end-customer communication. But what about all the other existing strings? (approx. 10000 text strings in total) Anyone who can help with this? Many thanks in advance! Tommy
