ry4n Posted November 25, 2009 Share Posted November 25, 2009 Howdy all,Having a severe issue with a PrestaShop installation and it's native PayPal module. The customer places an order, it redirects to PayPal correctly and the payment is accepted, afterwards - the user is returned to the site, where the confirmation is displayed. The order is visible in their account (however the status is non-existent).However, the order is not visible in the administrative back office - occasionally the customer's order will duplicate (1 order at the price of the order and 1 at £0.00 but with the details). What on earth is going on?PayPal account is configured as stated in the module configuration. Tried using a v2 BETA module, which didn't work either (just redirected over and over) - disabled SSL, no change - tried reinstalling the default module.. checked permissions, everything seems in order.
