Url 2nd domain (redirected) does not display breadcrumb path.

Hello all,

 

I've finally managed to get the multistore to work yesterday - well sort of. 

The second shop (same products, but used as trade catalogue so no prices) is working correctly but there are some issues.

On the main shop when I go to a product, the Url changes and displays the breadcrumb path (friendly Url), however the other shop only shows the base Uri for that shop.

Main shop: http://www.domain.net/shelving-units/307-product-four-shelf-unit-5060XXXXXXXX.html 

Other shop: http://www.differentdomain.co.uk regardless of any link I click.

 

It took quite a bit of fiddling to actually get the second shop up and running, so I reckon that it has to do something with that. In the BO the second shop in the second shop group has a virtual url, set as main url. The second domain is parked in my hosting panel and redirects to that virtual url. The domain is also present in the shop group in the BO. Url rewriting is active and present in htaccess. 

 

Any suggestions?

I seem to have managed to fix it.

The parking and redirect are fine, but I needed to map the second domain to the primary in the CP of my hosting provider.

Now everything is fine. Hopefully this helps others
